An amazing time that we could all pull together for the gulf war veterans who are ill and dying.  WE have struggled, fallen to pieces, come back together, this may be the perfect time to pull off whatever once more for the benefit of our gulf war veterans who are ill and many that have died.  WE have just barely enough time to be able to pull this off.  What is this could it be the last push to get Gulf War illness addressed completely?  Many gulf war veterans have died, we have gone thru every rat maze there is, we still struggle with each veteran going to battle with VA to get rated, we still have VA Dr not educated and helping, we have research projects killed re DR Hailey and GW illness study at UTSWMED, we have had funds for biomarkers, diagnostic testing, treatment hoppling along, we still do not have the full force of the Hill in DC pulling for us, we still lack official acknowledgement besides the RAC GWI Research that this is real physiological damage, we still lack true support groups to help each GW veteran and their family, we still lack task forces of GWVets at each region of the VA to get the right things happenning for gulf war veterans 90-91 across this country, we only have ALS and Brain Cancers connected besides CFS, Fibromyalgia, and IBS, no registries of MS or Parkinson's Disease GWVets, no acknowldgement of our deaths since the war no registry,etc, no memorial,

No acknowledgement by DOD, VA, or the President that something happenned that has affected each of our lives our economic survivalibilty and impact on our families!

THE TIME IS NOW!  The URGENCY IS NOW!  WE either pull it together now or ..........

WE can ask all veterans to unite and help one more time!

Talked to Mr Binns today the RAC GWI Research meeting DC March 1-2

Trying to coordinate some unified action here.  This will be good time to have push start for DOD CDMRP GWI Research Funding and Issues of Gulf War Veterans to hit main stream media and get ATTENTION ON 20TH ANNIVERSARY OF OPERATION DESERT STORM.

WE could also coordinate with DR Barinauck and Georetown to get Veterans into his study 26-27-28 if they can pull it off with staffing I will contact them and see how many they could do.  Then we can recruit for GW study.

Someone could work with DR LEE at VA WRIIS to see if they could take some GW VETS into study.

WE could have a unity meeting and pull in veterans to update and send them to the hill for briefings and meetings.  WE could get a room on House Side and Senate Side to meet with Veterans of GULF WAR and get briefing.  POWER POINT PRESENTATION AND THEN EACH VETERAN or family member/survivor TO HAVE 2-3 MINUTES WHAT HAVING GWI HAS DONE TO THEM AND THEIR FAMILY AND NEED FOR HELP FROM DC

We COULD ASK
ROLLING THUNDER AND OTHER VETERAN GROUPS AND CIVILIAN GROUPS TO JOIN US AND DO A MARCH AROUND THE CAPITOL TO CALL ATTENTION TO GULF WAR ILLNESS AND NEED FOR ACTION.  NEED A COORDINATOR FOR THIS...PERMITS....MAKE IT SHORT AND SWEET OVER 1 HOUR TO PULL FOCUS OF MEDIA ATTENTION

NEED GOOD PUBLIC RELATIONS TEAM COORDINATOR

THIS IS OUR BIG CHANCE TO MAKE ALOT OF THINGS COME TOGETHER.
WE ALL NEED TO PULL TOGETHER AND NOT SEPERATELY TO GET THE ATTENTION THAT IS NEEDED.  IT HAS BEEN 20 YEARS SINCE DESERT STORM, WE NEED TO WORK TOGETHER THIS TIME TO MAKE IT HAPPEN.

WE WILL NEED AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR AS MANY VETERANS AS WE CAN GET TO COME TO DC....EVEN IF WE USE OPERATION PINK HOUSE!

WE NEED TRANSPORTATION WHILE DOING ACTIVITIES IN DC

WE NEED COMMITTEES TO GET MEETING AREAS ON HILL  HOUSE AND SENATE SIDE

WE NEED TO WORK TOGETHER ON AN OPS PLAN

AND USE THE SCHEDULE  VA HEARING, RAC MEETING, BRIEFINGS AND VISITS ON HILL AS CENTER POINTS, AND A MARCH AROUND THE CAPITOL TO GET THE MEDIA

WE NEED MEDIA COMMITTEE.

WE NEED TO HAVE DONATIONS TO GET AS MANY VETERANS TO DC AS WE CAN.

WE NEED HOUSING OPTIONS TO MAKE IT AFFORDABLE AND DO ABLE FOR THE VETERANS WE STAND FOR TO COME.

WE NEED SENATOR REIGLE AND REPRESENTATIVE SHAYS THERE TO HELP
WE NEED ROSS PEROT THERE
